General Information

The resort is situated on a private island off the west coast of Malaysia, near Lumut in Perak, accessible by a 15–20 minute speedboat ride from Marina Island Pangkor.

Guests check in at the resort’s office at Marina Island Pangkor, where luggage is handled for you. From there, a speedboat transfer takes you to the island. Private car transfers from nearby cities like Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur can be arranged, and helicopter transfers are also available.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Initial check-in formalities start at Marina Island Pangkor before the boat transfer, with the remainder completed at the island reception.

Yes, a transfer fee applies for the speedboat ride from Marina Island Pangkor to the resort, which is not always included in the room rate. Confirm during booking.

Covered parking is available at Marina Island Pangkor for a daily fee, but there is no parking on the island itself.
