ISLAND TRANSPORTATION
Resort shuttles are available for pick-up and drop-off at the reception, Emerald Bay. Guests outside of a pick-up point may flag down a passing vehicle for a ride.
WATER TAXIS
Transfers to and from Lumut and Pangkor Island are available via water taxis. Please inform the reception of your plans so that arrangements can be made in advance.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS & TICKETING
Check for flight departure times, book your flight home or even make further travel arrangements with us.
MEDICAL
Medical assistance is available 24 hours a day at the clinic next to the squash court. Selected staff members are certified to provide first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the Heimlich Maneuver, should an emergency arise.
BABYSITTING SERVICE
Babysitters can be arranged for you at a fee.
SECRETARIAL
Secretarial services are available and may be arranged.
POSTAGE & COURIER SERVICES
Arrangements can be made for delivery services such
as overnight mail, courier or express services.
